Las Lomas was acquired during the construction phase as an investment property with resale in mind. Located in El Higuerón on the Costa del Sol, the apartment forms part of a growing residential resort community centred around contemporary living, wellbeing and an active Mediterranean lifestyle.
The project has evolved alongside the property itself, from following the apartment through construction and completion to preparing the finished home for the market. The final phase focuses on furnishing and styling the three-bedroom apartment to create a cohesive, contemporary interior that complements its modern architecture and Mediterranean setting.
Rather than designing the apartment as a personal home, every choice is considered from an investment perspective. The aim is to create an inviting, move-in-ready property with broad international appeal, while maintaining a distinctive and carefully curated identity. The furnishing concept combines warm neutrals, natural textures and refined details to create an elegant yet relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere.
